Wednesday Sancerre

We started a new tradition roughly this time of year, last year - Wednesday Sancerre. It was pandemic Summer. Remember? Lots of wine was consumed in April and May. By the time July came around it was time to build new rhythms. Wednesday was a good day to have a happy hour and Sancerre become our go to for marking the end of the middle of the week.

It was Wednesday again this week. I pulled out a Sancerre for HH and I quickly snapped back to the "case" of weeks we shared on the porch last year. Oh, what a year!
